Hook-Eye II Belt Sharpener

A totally new concept in professional knife sharpening. Two closed-cell rubber covered wheels (each carrying an endless abrasive belt) provide the patented "cushion contact system", which not only produces edges sharper than when he knife was new, but also gives it a polished finish, eliminating the need for honing. The knife is supported at the correct angle during sharpening by the central guide.
