Halford's Shipping Terms and Conditions



Canadian Orders:

Shipping Methods:

We ship orders by one of these methods:

  • Canada Post (Regular Expedited)
  • Greyhound (Must have a valid Phone Number)
  • Purolator (Must have a Physical Address)

Greyhound shipments will be delivered to the GREYHOUND STATION you request and you will be called when your order is ready to pick up.

Purolator shipments can only be delivered to your PHYSICAL ADDRESS or your preferred PUROLATOR DEPOT ADDRESS.
Sorry, we are unable to ship your order to Post Office boxes.

Please call to discuss other methods of shipping to see if we are able to accommodate your requests.

Shipping Estimates:

Currently we are unable to determine your shipping costs at the time you place your order. Our web store estimates high for your shipping charges.
When your order is processed by our Shipping Department, you will be billed the actual shipping rates based on your address and parcel size and weight.

Reduced Shipping Fees:

All orders placed through our web store that are over $350 subtotal before taxes and shipping fees) are eligible for reduced shipping rates.
These rates are calculated as follows:

We calculate the value of 10% from your order's subtotal (before taxes or shipping fees) and apply that value towards your shipping fees.
If your shipping fees are more than the 10% value we will bill you the difference.

Example:

Let's assume your order subtotal (before taxes and shipping fees) is $350 we will apply $35 towards your shipping.
If your total shipping charges were $40 we would apply up-to 10%  (or $35) towards your $40 shipping fees and bill you the remaining $5.

However if your total shipping charges were $30 we would apply up-to 10% (or $35) towards your $30 shipping fees.
You would not pay for shipping and the remaining $5 difference will be lost.

Currency, Insurance and Traceability:

ALL ORDERS will be processed in Canadian Dollar (CDN) Currency and are shipped from Halford's insured against loss or damages during transit.

If you require your tracking number please call our offices or log-in to your account to find your tracking number(s) to locate your package.

Back orders:

Due to the increasing overhead of shipping costs, Rising fuel prices, Packaging materials and currency exchange rates we are no longer able to automatically put any items on backorder.
If you would like to back order an item that is currently unavailable please call and let us know.

A Customer Service Representative will notify you when the item(s) are available.


USA or INTERNATIONAL Orders:

Sorry, We currently DO NOT offer shipping for USA or International addresses.
