Canadian Orders:
Shipping Methods:
We ship orders by one of these methods:
- Canada Post (Regular Expedited)
- Can Par (Must have a Physical Address)
- Purolator (Must have a Physical Address)
Purolator and Can Par shipments can only be delivered to your PHYSICAL ADDRESS or your preferred PUROLATOR/CAN PAR DEPOT ADDRESS.
Sorry, we are unable to ship your order to Post Office boxes.
Please call to discuss other methods of shipping to see if we are able to accommodate your requests.
Our website will attempt to calculate accurate shipping charges. These are only an estimate of shipping fees. We reserve the right to apply actual shipping fees at the time your order is processed.
Shipping Estimates:
We are not able to determine the cost of shipping when your order is placed. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and cubic dimensions and the shipping address postal code. Please contact customer service if you require a shipping estimate (estimates are subject to change).

Reduced Shipping Fees:
*All orders placed through our web store that are over $400 subtotal before taxes and shipping fees) are eligible for reduced shipping rates (*Some exceptions apply).
These rates are calculated as follows:
We calculate the value of 7% from your order's subtotal (before taxes or shipping fees) and apply that value towards your shipping fees.
If your shipping fees are more than the 7% value, we will bill you the difference.
Example:
Let's assume your order subtotal (before taxes and shipping fees) is $400 we will apply $28 towards your shipping.
If your total shipping charges were $40 we would apply up-to 7% (or $28) towards your $40 shipping fees and bill you the remaining $12.
However if your total shipping charges were $25, we would apply up-to 7% (or $28) towards your $25 shipping fees.
You would not pay for shipping and the remaining $3 (the difference) will be lost.
Exceptions
Reduced shipping rates may not apply to oversized items which include (but not limited to) butcher equipment, coolers/freezers, Snowmobile sleds and larger stretching/forming boards, Rolls of Canvas, Imitation Shearing, Rawhide, Drum Frames, Drum Kits or other items that incur extra handling fees. These types of items are not eligible for reduced shipping fees.
Web shipping promotion
can not be combined with other promotional offers, clearance priced
items or other discounted priced items.
Currency, Insurance and Traceability:
ALL ORDERS will be processed in Canadian Dollar (CAD) Currency and are shipped from Halford's insured against loss or damages during transit.
If you require your tracking number please call our offices or log-in to your account to find your tracking number(s) to locate your package.
Back orders:
Due to the increasing overhead of shipping costs, Rising fuel prices, Packaging materials and currency exchange rates we are no longer able to automatically put any items on backorder.
If you would like to back order an item that is currently unavailable please call and let us know.
A Customer Service Representative will notify you when the item(s) are available.
