Chances are if you are paying less, you're also getting a lower quality grade. Get the best and save labour with less breakage! Our Sheep Casings are the highest quality small diameter casings used for the finest emulsion-based sausages such as: Bockwurst, Frankfurters and Wieners. These casings combine tenderness with sufficient strength to withstand filling, cooking, and smoking operations. All Sheep Casings are sold on tubes for ease of use. For best results: First rinse with fresh water. Then, soak in 30 - 32 degrees Celsius (85 - 90 degrees Fahrenheit) water for thirty minutes prior to use.
